INSIDE DESIGN: A Word From The Designer

"The large three dimensional metal and plastic iconic feature does more than just catch the eye. It receives small donations for local charities. I wanted users to think twice about how the sculpture works and think twice about how big of an impact their spare change can have on the community. The design process involved researching design as an experience and how people interact with that experience. The design fuses modern artistic expression with strategic visual communication. The end result is a 7‘ tall functional piece of modern art that integrates culture, amusement, and concern into the lifestyle center as well as our community."

The foundation is committed to growing endowment resources, distributing proceeds with fairness and transparency to the most qualified organizations, and involving citizens in reviewing and determining community needs.
